Theresa began dancing at the age of three at a local dance studio where she grew up. She studied tap, jazz, and basic ballet. She continued with these classes until she was 15 years old. Despite her enjoyment of dance, Theresa took a 20 year break from the art. She rediscovered her favorite hobby on a dare to attend pole dance class with some friends. After her first few classes she was hooked. Theresa has been a pole student since 2014, and teaching the art since 2017. Her passion is to help other students attain the intrinsic reward of freedom during dance. She especially loves teaching basics to beginner students and the art of flow to those who are more advanced.
